Conditions of work

Please send us the text that you need to translate. We will get back to you with a price quote and the deadline. Upon your approval we will proceed with the translation. You can use bank transfer, MoneyBookers, PayPal, WebMoney, Western Union or MoneyGram to pay for our services. Once your payment is received, we will send you the translation by email.

Once you become our regular customer you no longer need to pre-pay for our services. We would be happy to offer additional discounts to you.

We are used to working with very short deadlines and delivering our translations in good time, even if this means working over the weekend or at night. We also specialize in managing very large projects, under the direction of a Project Manager.

Our standard payment method is direct bank transfer of funds. Rates quoted in our proposal to you are calculated on this basis.
We prefer not to accept checks, and require €/$50 per check for processing.
Alternative methods of payments are: Paypal/Moneybookers.
In all cases, the customer will bear any transfer fees.

How the cost should be calculated?
The best option here is to fill in our cost valuation form in the left-side column of the page.
Should you be willing to pass through the procedures by yourself,  then open your text using Microsoft Word and select  “Statistics” in the “Tools” menu, thus  getting to know the number of words contained in the text to be translated.  With the number of words being known and using our price-list available, you could calculate an approximate cost of the translation job to be done.  You will then receive  the exact information about the price after we have done our own complexity assessment and got some other parameters assessed of the material concerned.

How the translation work should be paid?
For the corporate bodies and after a contract has been duly drawn up and signed, the payment is allowed to be made after the job has been completed. In some cases however,   full or partial prepayment procedures are required.  These concern the cases when you become our client for the first time or the order to be placed is rather a big one, i.e. containing over  15,000 words.
For the natural persons, the payment is due before the translation job has been started.  With the order amount of up to 15,000 words,  a full prepayment is required. With the order amount of over  15,000 words, we could offer a step-by-step approach in the job accomplishment and with each of its stages to be prepaid.

Methods of payment?
The preferred one is a bank payment.  However,  the  PayPal and  Moneybookers payment systems could be used as well.
