Confidentiality of personal information

Customer Information Provision:

1.1 The customer may provide the following information when submitting the feedback form:

Name, email address, contact telephone number.

1.2 By providing personal data, the customer agrees to their processing (until the customer withdraws consent to the processing of personal data) by the website administration (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) for the purpose of fulfilling the seller’s and/or its partners’ obligations to the customer, selling goods and providing services, providing reference information, as well as for the purpose of promoting goods, works and services, and also agrees to receive advertising and information messages and service messages. The seller processes the customer’s personal data in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data,” the Federal Law “On Advertising,” and local regulatory documents.

1.2.1 If the customer wishes to clarify their personal data, block or destroy it in case the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated processing purpose, or if the customer wishes to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data or eliminate wrongful acts of the seller in relation to their personal data, they must send a formal request to the seller in the manner prescribed by the privacy policy.

If the customer wishes to delete their account on the website, they shall contact us at order@1russian.com with the relevant request. This action does not imply the withdrawal of the customer’s consent to the processing of their personal data, which, under applicable law, occurs in the manner prescribed in paragraph 1 of this clause.

Use of Information Provided by the Customer and Received by the Seller:

1.3.1 The seller uses the data provided by the customer for the purposes of processing the customer’s orders and fulfilling its obligations to the customer.

Provision and Transmission of Information Received by the Seller:

2.1 The seller undertakes not to pass on the information received from the customer to third parties. It shall not be deemed a breach of this clause to provide information by the seller to agents and third parties acting on the basis of a contract with the seller for the performance of its obligations to the customer and only within the framework of contracts. It shall not be deemed a violation of this clause if the seller provides the customer’s data to third parties in an impersonal form for the purpose of evaluating and analyzing the performance of the website.

2.2 It shall not be deemed a breach of obligations to transfer information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.3 The seller is entitled to use “cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.

2.4 The seller receives the IP address of the website visitor and information regarding the link from which the visitor has come. This information is not used to identify the visitor.

2.5 The seller is not responsible for the information provided by the customer on the website in a publicly available form.

2.6 When processing personal data, the seller shall take the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to it, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.
