How to Request Deletion
Message @massimoalefBot on Telegram or email info@1russian.com and tell us you want your documents deleted. To help us find your file quickly, include your order reference number if you have it. If you no longer have the order reference, tell us the name the order was placed under and the approximate date of the order — that is usually enough for our team to locate it. You do not need to explain why you want your documents deleted, and you do not need to still be an active client to ask.

Our Deletion Process
- We confirm we received your request within 2 hours during our working hours, 9:00-20:00 Moscow time, Monday through Saturday.
- We check your order reference, or your name and approximate order date, to find the correct file — this protects you from someone else being able to delete your documents by mistake or on purpose.
- We delete the document scans and personal data tied to your order from our systems, typically within 5 business days of confirming your identity — longer only if your order is still actively in progress or a legal record-keeping requirement applies, in which case we tell you what is being kept and why.
- We send you a short message confirming the deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted, and What We Have to Keep
Once your request is processed, we delete the document scans you sent us — passport pages, bank statements, police clearance certificates, property titles, or any other file — along with the contact details tied to that specific order. What we cannot delete, even on request, is the narrow set of accounting records Russian law requires us to keep for a fixed period, such as invoices and payment records tied to your order. Those records do not include your document scans; they are limited to what tax and accounting law requires for a business transaction, and they are kept only for the period the law sets, not indefinitely. This is the same principle described in our Privacy Policy and is standard for any registered business in Russia, not something specific to your request.

We are not a law firm, and this page does not replace the specific rights you have under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the GDPR, or other applicable law. A narrow set of accounting records required by Russian law, such as invoices, cannot be deleted on request before their legal retention period ends; this does not include your document scans.
