We handle the translation, notarization, and document logistics. You keep the legal relationship with your client and stay their main point of contact.
What does document processing in Russia for lawyers actually cover?
It covers notarized Russian translations, gathering documents from Russian registries and offices, apostilles on Russian documents, and courier delivery, all coordinated by one dedicated contact instead of several separate vendors. We report back to you or your client, whichever you prefer.
How is partner pricing different from your standard prices?
Partner pricing is agreed once, when you sign up, and applies to every case you send us after that. You do not need a new quote for each client, and your rate does not change from one order to the next.
Do we need a signed agreement to become a partner?
Yes, we use a simple partnership agreement that covers pricing, confidentiality, and how orders are submitted and paid. It is not a long contract, and we can usually get it signed within a day or two of your first request.
Can our clients pay you directly, or do we bill them?
Either works. Some partners have us bill their client directly for the document work, while others prefer to pay us and include the cost in their own invoice. Tell us which you prefer when you sign up, and we will set it up that way.
How fast can you turn around an order for a partner?
Partner orders move ahead of the standard queue. Most notarized translations are still ready in 1-3 business days, and rush handling is available for urgent filings, court deadlines, or closing dates.
How do I pay from the US or EU — is that allowed?
Your card payment is processed by Paddle, a UK/US merchant of record, in EUR or USD — you never send money to a Russian bank account, and you receive a standard EU/US-compliant receipt. Translation and document services of this kind are not restricted for private individuals. Clients in Russia pay separately by SBP or a ruble invoice.
