If the authority in your destination country also requests proof of your driving history in Russia, we can help you request a справка о стаже вождения (driving-record certificate) from the ГИБДД road police in the region where your licence was issued. We can arrange a certified translation of that certificate as well if needed. Not all requests can be completed remotely, but we can assess what is obtainable and advise you on the options.

A certified translation usually takes 1 to 2 business days. A notarized translation takes 2 to 3 business days. If you also need an apostille on a notarized copy, add 7 to 10 business days for the full package.
