We work in three directions. If you have a foreign document that needs to be understood and used in Russia, we translate it and get it notarized. If you need a Russian document, or an apostille on one, prepared and sent abroad, we handle that too. And if a European bank, lawyer, or accountant just needs to read and understand a Russian document — no notary, no apostille — that is a third, faster process. We translate your documents into Russian, then a licensed Russian notary certifies the translator's signature. This is the step Russian authorities such as ZAGS, courts, banks, and Rosreestr actually check for. It takes 2 to 3 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Process
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the direction. Getting a document translated and notarized into Russia takes 2 to 3 business days, and you get the scan the same day the notary finishes. Getting a Russian document apostilled and sent abroad takes longer overall, mainly because of international courier transit, usually 2 to 5 weeks for the EU or US once the notary and Ministry of Justice steps are done.
Do I need to send the original document, or is a scan enough to start?
A clear scan or photo is enough to start in both directions. For documents going into Russia, send us a scan of your foreign original so we can translate it. For documents coming from Russia, you order the e-certificate or send us your power of attorney details, and we handle the notary and apostille steps from there.
Can I track my order while it's in progress?
Yes. We keep you updated at each stage by email or Telegram, from the moment we receive your documents through translation or notarization, apostille, and courier dispatch, until delivery is confirmed.
Will courier delivery still work if I'm outside the EU or US?
Yes. We deliver by courier worldwide. The 2 to 5 week estimate applies to the EU and US; delivery to other countries may take a little longer depending on customs and local courier networks in your country.

We handle all three ourselves. Whether you need a foreign document translated and notarized for use in Russia, a Russian document certified, apostilled, and delivered abroad, or a non-certified professional translation for a European bank or lawyer, it's the same team from start to finish.
