Translation of the declaration – customs or export declaration
In order to conduct foreign economic activities within and outside the Russian Federation, companies often require a professional translation service for export or customs declarations. Importing goods into the country must be accompanied by a customs cargo declaration, in which information about the goods is written: price, weight, transport, and data about the recipient and the sender. It is very important when translating the declarations not only to avoid mistakes in the text part but also in the numbers. One small mistake can lead to huge penalties because of the goods standing idle in Customs. That is why we invite you to seek our professional services. We have extensive experience in translating export declarations, not only from English and German, but often from Turkish and, increasingly, from Chinese as well as many other languages into Italian and Russian.
We usually translate Chinese declarations within 1 day. Translation from other languages is possible for up to 8-10 documents per day.
Remarks on the price list on the translation of declarations
The price quoted in the price list is for one standard page – 1800 characters with spaces. Declarations with high text density are priced individually.
- All translations are saved in our database. Reprinting of the translation is free of charge; we charge a fee of 100 p.m. only for technical aspects.
- If any changes have been made to the document since the last translation (stamps, seals) the translation is done at a 50% discount.
- The fee for notary certification of tax declaration translation by our staff is 200r. (+ notary services are paid separately).
- For large orders over 5 pages, we will give you a 50r discount for each document and 100r for each document over 10 pages.
