How much does it cost?
Single certificates start at €49, police clearance at €190 all-in, professional business translations at €25 per document. You get your exact fixed number before paying — usually within 2 hours during working hours. You can also browse the full price list on our pricing page.
Do I need to send the original document by mail?
For most services a clear scan or photo is enough to start, and for many notarized translations it is all we ever need. Some cases — certain apostille routes, or a few Rosreestr filings — do need the paper original at some point; if yours does, we tell you before you commit, not after.
When do I pay?
After we send you a fixed quote and you approve it. We do not ask for payment before you know the price and the turnaround.
Is my document kept private?
Yes. We only use your scans to complete your order, access is limited to the team working on it, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. See our Document Security page for the details.
What if my document or situation isn't in the list?
Just describe it in the message field of the form, or tell us on Telegram. Everything we do starts as a conversation about your specific document — there is no wrong way to ask.
How do I pay from the US or EU — is that allowed?
Your card payment is processed by Paddle, a UK/US merchant of record, in EUR or USD — you never send money to a Russian bank account, and you receive a standard EU/US-compliant receipt. Translation and document services of this kind are not restricted for private individuals. Clients in Russia pay separately by SBP or a ruble invoice.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice; we provide translation and document processing. A quote becomes final only once we have seen your document. An apostille on a foreign document is always issued in that document's country of origin, never by us.
