Prices for Document Translation, Apostille, and Notary Services
Every price on this page is a real, public price, not a “contact us” placeholder. Prices below cover our three directions: getting foreign documents ready for use inside Russia (“into Russia”), getting Russian documents ready for use abroad (“from Russia”), and non-certified professional translation of Russian business documents for European banks, lawyers, and accountants. Each card shows a starting price, what is included, and how long the work usually takes. If your document is unusually long, damaged, or non-standard, we confirm the final price with you before you pay anything.

How Currency, Courier Delivery, and Timelines Work
All prices above are shown in EUR by default. If you are visiting from the United States or another country that typically uses US dollars, the same prices are shown to you in USD automatically, based on your location; you are never charged a hidden markup for this. Payment itself is processed in whichever currency is displayed to you.
Courier delivery is a separate add-on, not included in the package prices above, because the cost and speed depend on your country and the carrier available there. As a rule of thumb, international courier delivery to the EU or the US takes about 2 to 5 weeks door to door, since packages from Russia currently transit through a third country before reaching their final destination. We tell you the exact courier cost and an honest delivery estimate for your address before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises after you pay.
Pricing & Payment Questions
How do you charge clients in the EU, US, or other countries outside Russia?
We use Paddle as our merchant of record for all EUR and USD payments. This means Paddle, not us directly, handles your card payment, issues your receipt, and takes care of local tax rules in your country. You pay in the currency shown on the page, and the price you see is the price you pay.
How do clients based in Russia pay?
Clients based in Russia can pay by bank invoice or by SBP (the Russian Fast Payment System), in rubles. We send the invoice or SBP payment link once we have confirmed the exact scope and price of your order.
Why do some cards show a 'from' price instead of one fixed number?
Most of our work is priced per document or per package, and the final number depends on things like how many pages your document has, whether it needs extra certification, or whether we need to request an original from a specific regional office. The 'from' price is the starting point for a standard case; we always confirm your exact price in writing before you pay.
Is courier delivery included in the package price?
No. Package and document prices cover translation, notarization, and apostille work. Courier delivery is quoted separately, based on your address and the carrier serving your country, because delivery cost and speed vary a lot by destination.
Why does delivery from Russia take 2 to 5 weeks to the EU or US?
Most international couriers currently route parcels from Russia through a third country before they reach the EU or US, which adds transit time compared to a direct domestic shipment. We give you a realistic delivery window for your specific address rather than an optimistic one, so you can plan around it.
Can the final price ever be lower than the 'from' price shown?
Yes, in some cases. If your document is shorter or simpler than the standard case, for example a one-page certificate instead of a multi-page one, we quote you a price that reflects that before you pay.
Ready for your exact price?
Send a scan of your document and you will have a fixed quote within 2 hours during working hours — nothing is charged until you approve it.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. All prices above are starting prices for a standard case; the final price is confirmed with you in writing before you pay, based on the actual length and type of your document. Courier delivery timelines are honest estimates, not guarantees, since international transit depends on carriers and customs outside our control. Professional Translations are non-certified and non-notarized, delivered digitally with no courier step; they carry no official legal status and are not a substitute for a notarized translation where one is required.
