Can I see reviews from clients in my country?
Each platform has a different reviewer base: Google Maps and Yandex Maps tend to have more reviews from clients in Europe and Russia who found us through local search, while ProZ.com is used mainly by other translation professionals who have worked with us. Click through to a platform to browse its full list, or message us on Telegram and we will point you to a review from a situation similar to yours.
Why do some reviews mention a specific document or service instead of just a star rating?
We do not ask reviewers to structure their feedback in any particular way — some mention the document or service we helped with, others simply rate their overall experience. Every star rating and every word of text is the reviewer's own, shown exactly as it appears on the original platform.
What happens if a client leaves a negative review?
It stays published — we have no way to remove or edit a review on an independent platform, and would not want to even if we could. Where the platform allows a public reply, we respond and explain what happened from our side, and if the issue was our mistake, we fix it and follow up with the client directly.
